Standard delivery to Bulgaria typically takes 5-10 business days after payment confirmation. We also offer expedited shipping options upon request. International orders may take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination. Exact timing will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.

We accept bank transfers, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and local Bulgarian payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link via email with all available options. A 50% deposit is typically required to reserve your order, with the balance due before shipping.

Absolutely! We specialize in custom orders. In your order form, select "Custom Order" and describe your vision in detail—preferred materials, colors, number of pieces, capacity, and any special design elements. Our team will provide you with options, pricing, and a timeline. Custom orders typically have a 4-8 week lead time.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of placement without penalty. After 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply depending on our production stage. We encourage you to reach out to our team at [email protected] or +359 178 306 254 to discuss your needs. We're here to help!
